If you could change one thing in the music industry, what would it be?
Hmm, this is a big one. I think it would be to give each artist a listen. We have all these criteria about branding and all that but what about the music? For me it would be that, giving everyone artist a listen. Let the music matter most.
What advice would you give someone looking to enter the industry
There’s no laid down law to how this all goes, but you need to believe crazily in yourself, almost near insanity, and fight for you.
