I wish there was a way to get rid of the politics, gatekeeping, and sexual harassment.
What advice would you give someone looking to enter the industry
Enter the music industry if you’re really passionate about music, otherwise, you might not have the strength to keep going when things get rough. Also, educate yourself about the music business; watch videos, read books, get a mentor, attend workshops or summits.
What are the criteria a talent must fulfill before you choose to take them on?
I like artists who have a sense of identity, who have a unique brand, and understand how they want to be presented to the world. GOOD music innovation with the music is even better. I like an artist who is honest and respects others, especially the people who want to help them on their journey
