On Wednesday 8th January 2020, personalities from across the Nigerian creative scene stepped out in style for the second edition of Eniafe Momodu’s ‘New World Brunch’. Bloggers, influencers, presenters, actors, models, stylists, designers, podcasters, YouTubers, comedians – no one was left out of the event, which featured Dimma Umeh, Denola Grey and Fisayo Longe in an insightful panel discussion, which shone a light on the growth of the blogging industry and the many ways young people are using social media to create new platforms and opportunities for themselves. From Bimbola Craig to Orange Culture’s Bayo Oke-Lawal, Eniafe Momodu pulled out a star-studded crowd. Popular fashion and lifestyle bloggers such as Shewa Jay, Whitney Madueke, Dodos Uvieghara, Onyii Bekeh, Ifeoma Amadi and Halimat Magaji. The event also gave up-and-coming bloggers/content creators the chance to network and learn from more experienced content creators in the industry. Topics covered during the panel talk included money-making, mental health, growth, consistency and the importance of sharing content across multiple platforms.
