Born in Germany and of Nigerian heritage, London raised artist Odeal breaks the contemporary Afrobeat mould with the uplifting and thought-provoking ‘More Life’.
Earlier this year, Odeal collaborated with firmly established UK artist Abra Cadabra on the emotive ‘On & On’ which earned him placements on Spotify editorial playlists Who We Be and Rap UK. He has also garnered radio support from Rob Bruce (Capital Xtra), DJ Target (Radio1Xtra), Snoochie Shy (Radio 1Xtra) and Rickie, Melvin and Charlie (Radio 1).
Odeal can also be seen featured on Nines’ upcoming album alongside Headie One. ‘More Life’ is an insatiable blend of Nigerian production, British sincerity, and a Global dialogue of Black Excellence. Inducing a unique fusion of experiences, the Nata and 33BOUND-directed visual showcases the resounding tenacity of Blackness via stunning imagery of living out loud.
