RADR Essentials Vol. 78: Azanti, Boybreed, Amaraae, and Vector

This week at RADR, we are vibing to Azanti, boybreed, Amaraae, and Vector.

Getting’ Hot – Azanti

18-year-old Azanti who came into the musical limelight with his Debut EP isn’t backing down now. Gettin hot is his latest release and it’s giving all of the vibes. Amapiano isn’t fading anytime soon. One thing Nigerians will do is put a hundred creative spins into Amapiano.

Wine am go Low – Boybreed, Zarion

Boybreed and Zarion have teamed up to give us wine am go low. They sing about the struggles of husting and the everyday grinding while encouraging everyone listening to keep at it. Because in the end, they want everything to feel and be okay.

Early Momo- Vector, Good Girl LA

Early Momo is arguably a fan favorite. It was very fitting to have this song released on valentine’s day in 2021 because it’s bound to give you all the feels. I loved the chemistry between Vector and Good Girl LA in the video. Early Momo was put out in anticipation of T.E.S.L.I.M, Vector’s forthcoming album.

Freaky – Tena Tenpoe, Tim Lyre

You probably guessed what this song is about from the name. It’s perfect for this weather. My Favourite part is when Tena says “that booty don’t fit in the jeans and this money don’t fit min my jeans”. I’m super excited to hear more music from Tena.

A Body, A Coffin – Amaraae, Marvel

This is a part of the 3-song project for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Prologue which also has Tems on it.  Our women are killing it internationally and we love to see it.
