Afro-fusion artist Sillybilly (Evbodaghe Aghogho Isimemen) has released his highly anticipated 7-track project, Adventures of Sillybilly. The EP marks a bold new chapter for the Lagos-born, Surulere-raised rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, blending dancehall, R&B, and Afrobeats into a seamless journey of rhythm, vulnerability, and cultural expression.

Evbodaghe Aghogho Isimemen is a Lagos-born Afro-fusion artist redefining Nigeria’s sound by merging hip-hop, Afrobeat, R&B, and dancehall with high-energy delivery and unfiltered creativity. Since his debut in 2015, he has steadily built a reputation as a genre-bending storyteller, committed to pushing Nigerian music culture to global heights.

Unlike many contemporary projects, Adventures of Sillybilly features no collaborations, a deliberate choice that allows the artist’s voice, style, and versatility to stand entirely on their own. Across seven tracks, Sillybilly takes listeners on a sonic adventure that mirrors his growth as a self-defined, boundary-pushing artist.

From high-energy anthems that nod to his hip-hop roots to smoother R&B-driven records and Afrobeat grooves, the project balances lyrical grit with emotional resonance, offering something for both the dance floor and reflective late-night listening.

With standout moments that highlight his signature delivery and his refusal to be boxed into one sound, Adventures of Sillybilly is more than an EP — it’s a manifesto. It reaffirms Sillybilly’s position as a fresh, experimental voice determined to expand Nigeria’s Afro-fusion landscape.

This release builds on his already impressive discography, which includes Afro Genius, Black Behaviour, Wessside Alright Vol. 1, and Silly Files: Just a Love Capsule. Inspired by artists like Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Wizkid, and Bob Marley, Sillybilly continues to merge global sounds with local roots, creating a catalogue that is both daring and relatable.
