On the 18th of November 2022, Smirnoff Nigeria threw another edition of their #NoKnownAddress party, one designed to kick start the official Detty December spirit in the city of Lagos. This year, Smirnoff went bigger with the performances, the superstars, the decor, and the entire experience.
Staying on track with the hospitality theme, the entire Landmark event center, Victoria Island, was tastefully decorated in Smirnoff’s color, red. The entire ambiance was quite picturesque and the set design was charming. The idea was to cosplay an actual hotel experience and this was well-executed, and it was quite commendable the degree of attention to detail in the designs.
Going all out with activities, the night started smoothly, with guests having fun at the karaoke booth, whilst others were getting free haircuts, face art, and piercings, giving everyone room to have an enjoyable start.
For photo lovers, several booths served as perfect picture spots, like the large bathroom and bedroom booths, a 360 degrees video booth was also provided, to ease the experience.
Cocktails and Alcohol are major essentials to every Detty December party, and Smirnoff understood the assignment, giving out free cocktails and Smirnoff cans, all night long to guarantee that the night was a lit one. The star-studded lineup kicked off with Commissioner DJ Wysei, Shody, MIA, and the party animal, Tolu Daniels. As the night progressed, special performances by Naira Marley, Blaqbonez, DJ Spinall, Bella Shmurda, and Ayra Starr left the audience very ecstatic.
No doubt, Smirnoff remains undefeated when it comes to throwing opening Detty December parties, and #HotelSmirnoff was a masterpiece.
