Mr Man – Fave
This is a standout song in Fave’s debut EP. Mr man is the track where fave displays her lyricism. The subtle play on words is audible and enjoyable. She sings about Mr man in a way that makes it look like her lips are dip honey. The song should be sitting right on top of your love song’s playlist.
Get Down – Jaylon ft Azanti and Chrystal
They say too many cooks spoil the broth. Well, that idiom doesn’t apply to this amazing song. Am unreal level of synergy in brilliance is displayed by the artists in the song. It’s a song about readiness to please one’s lover and it gets the listeners in the mood to want to do that. Be careful while listening to this song though, the melodies are addictive and difficult to forget.
Kilometer – BNXN Ft Zinoleesky
This song is easily one of the most anticipated in the country. Two of the fastest rising artistes in the country entered the studio booth together and the result is this masterpiece. The young stars sang about their irregular grasp of their craft and superstar lifestyle. This is a 10/10 club jam.
Foreigner – Nonso Amadi
Nonso Amadi is finally back after keeping his fans waiting for about a year. This highly satisfying tune justifies the delay. This is a love song where Nonso is shamelessly vulnerable to his lover. In a world where vulnerability and submission to emotional chemistry is demonize, Nonso’s theme and lyrics in this song are striking. He expresses himself with an easy-to-sing lyrics that carry weight. The song isn’t totally sober because it’s over a mid-tempo beat that gives it subtle groovy vibes.
Destiny – Boyspyce
The new Mavin signee, Boyspyce laid down the principles of life in this song as he admonished listeners to do away from frivolities and get on their grind. Despite the fact that the song has a playful undertone, the message from the masterpiece is clear as crystal. The song is also a vibe, so you can listen with your ears and groove with your legs.
Anxiety’s Bitch – Bakhita
Last but not least is this wonderful song by Bakhita.
