Friday Drops: PsychoYP, Stonebwoy, Kare and more

Lento- Mr Eazi ft J Balvin

Mr Eazi opens this track with his soft signature vocals. The song is a mix of indegenous language and spanish. Overlaid with the Latino inspired tune, the song is an interesting listen that will make listeners want to get up and dance. Mr Eazi’s versatility is evidenced in this song as he sounds so at home while still keeping to his afrobeats roots.

Waje’s vocals are powerful and versatile however in this track, she takes me a more sedate route. This reggae inspired tune gives this love song a relaxed vibe and charges the listener’s atmosphere with an intimate light.

Activate- Stonebwoy ft Davido

The first thing a listener will notice on this track is Davido’s passionate vocals. Stonebwoy sings “you dey activate me” because his love interests sparks something in him. The vocals of both artistes harmonize beautifully on this song giving this afrobeats track that must dance energy.

Flex and Ball – PsychoYP ft Azanti & Lyta

PsychoYP thrills audiences as he drips his first single of the year. He teams up with the usual suspects Azanti and Lyta to bring the freshest, hottest tunes straight to the listener. Flex and Ball is a song in which the artistes reiterate that they don’t want any problems, just enjoyment. An idea that every listener should get behind!
